Fourth time around the block, the No Filler Just Killer get up plunges with an energetic and wide-ranging volume of dancefloor weapons from label veterans and newcomers alike.
Prismode & Solvanes Octopus begins with an exposed kick suspended by intricate melodic strings and spare percussion. Driving but deep, it bears a sense of mystery that is both captivating and fresh, leading on to Kiko and Thomas Gandeys TX1, which dives even further into an otherworldly realm. With Umami, Heerhorst continues to explore the darker and more introspective side of tech, while Boy Next Door takes us down the rabbit hole with the stamina-brimming dungeon techno track Heron. Bjorn Stoerig shifts up the mood with Mettetin, a steady groove-tech journey with subtle tribal flavours. Irish forerunner Ejeca rounds up the lot with Zatoria, an arpeggio-heavy masterpiece boasting a sultry bassline and floating chords.
