AdMaiora Music hits release number 15 with a wicked EP from French talent Marcelo Cura (NONSTOP, D-FLOOR, Sanity). After his appearance on the label with “La Vibra” on our second V.A. compilation he strikes back on the label with “My House” EP, which includes a mighty remix from UK duo System2.
Marcelo is famous for his eclectic style both in his dj-set and production where he mixes dub-tecchy beats with jazzy riffs and tribal vocals; this led him to play in the biggest club all around Europe including Cocoon (Frankfurt), KaterBlau (Berlin), City Hall (Barcellona), Rex Club (Paris) and the big after party @Classic Club (Rimini).
The lead track of the EP called “My House” is a proper follow-up to his monster anthem “That Shit” which was hammered by Carola for more than an entire Ibiza season.
In this one energetic pure tech house grooves meet crazy vocal and an hyper climax crescendo long break to remind everyone that “this is his house”.
Up next is the Manchester remix from the guys of System2 (Roush, Downhill, Underground Audio) and they give us a sexy version of the original with a nasty bassline and their typical rhythmic style which will shake many dancefloors all around the world.
Closing the affairs is “A Table” where Marcelo returns to his lovely dub and deep origins with an intricate combination of thin sound shots, solid kickdrums and essential hi-hat and clap deadly arrangement.
