‘Love Affair’ comes to the forefront as the lead track and really captures everything hippie, the classic house vocal line is effortlessly moulded into the punchy deep house bassline followed up with a break that will be stuck in your head for a long time to come. ‘All These Things’ follows up in similar fashion before ‘Toe Jam’ ends the EP with a more techy, club ready, twist!
On the remix we welcome Brazilian deep house experts Flow & Zeo, with over 600 days spent in the Beatport charts over their career they are not far from legendary status. With releases on labels like Kling Klong, Monotonik, Warung Recordings and Electronique, adding HIPPIES to that list for this EP was a must as they use the vocal melody in ‘Love Affair’ to full effect with a deep house bubbling bassline.
