I don’t envy anyone starting out as an artist these days. The amount of producers out there (never mind the amount of music) is mind boggling.
As a label it would be easy just to focus on established acts but there’s something about dance music that makes me always excited to hear what the youngest, or the freshest producers are up to.
Here are the best of what has made its way to the GU inbox. They range from the rolling, bro-tech (think Denis Cruz or De La Swing) of Simon Mattson & Chris Main to the tougher, driving techno (think Tronic or Truesoul) of Touchtalk, Federico Fioretti & Vlokken
Tracklist:
1. Simon Mattson – Thug Life (06:36)
2. Chris Main – Playing Sound (06:53)
3. Touchtalk – Mashed (07:13)
4. Federico Fioretti – Anchor (07:48)
5. Vlokken – Solar [Dub] (06:53)
