Raised in Rome, Gforty began composing eletronic music at 17 In 2007 Gforty’s first Ep, “Nada de Nada”, makes its way into the minimal top100 on Beatport with his track “Parada” and his third EP “Desert Strings” was launched immediatly by Carl Cox in events like the summer opening of Space in Ibiza and the Circoloco at the Rome Congress Centre.
In 2013 his track “Paraiba” [Bush Records] has been selected by Carl Cox into his annual compilation Cd “The Revolution At Space 2013” and played whole summer all around the globe by Carl Cox himself and many other international deejays. In 2014 was amongst the 18 finalist of the Burn Energy Drink “Burn Residency 2014” DJ contest, representing Italy during a two weeks bootcamp in Ibiza.
In January 2016 Gforty moved to Barcelona to work in the Catalanonian capital while starting his own Momb Records while also releasing music on Greg Gow’s ‘Restructured’ label and Gareth Whitehead’s ‘Bulletdodge’ label.
