It been a long time coming but as we come close to our 100th release it feels fitting to finally have a long player from Christian. A full mixtape of his own releases pretty much all exclusive is major, it’s for sure Christian’s time to step out into the spot light.
‘Its kind of hard to find words for this mixtape or compilation. Call it what you want to call it. Play It Down has been a part of my career since I started releasing as Christian Nielsen. The mixtape is a selection of some of my very oldest tunes on Play It Down and some of my new unreleased tracks. A journey into my musical progression while releasing with the label.
I first thought that the mixtape was going to be a tribute to my city, Copenhagen. But in reality, this mixtape is tribute to Jesse, Laura, Ollie and every artist who ever released on this amazing label. Thank you!
