Mr Paul Losev AKA Paul2Paul AKA our favourite Russian-in-New-York is back with his 3rd EP for us and this one is by far his most accomplished work yet. An Old Story EP features 3 originals as well as a stunning remix by Giom.
An Old Story is classic Paul2Paul: emotive, warm, well produced and musical in every way. Here, the Juno 106 meets the grand piano in perfect harmony. Giom then takes the track to the next level, adding extra parts and layers that should please fans of Pampa Records.
Nothing But The Bass is the peak groover track of the pack. Simple, yet devastatingly effective, this is one bouncy groove that will not fail any dancefloor with its hypnotic feel. Last but not least, Paul lets loose and explores new territories with No Stars, a one-of-a-kind tracky number with plenty of skips and personality, re-edited and beefed up especially by Giom for ultimate dance-floor satisfaction.
